Specialist Notes:


Users can find the Paylocity tile when logging into OneLogin under 'ALD: All Staff'. When they log into Paylocity, through the Self Service page the employee will be able to make changes to information. Account information they can update within Paylocity includes: user ID/user name, email, phone, address, original hire date, last hire date, Manager ID, Location OU, Position OU, Division OU, Salary Status OU, Cost Center OU. 


Edge imports data from Paylocity, daily at 9 AM EST, except Fridays when it additionally runs at 3 PM EST. 


Should a user's information not be updated within the time frame provided above -  create a ticket.


Standard Response:


Kindly note that if your account information (such as your name, email address, etc.) is incorrect, you will need to update it within Paylocity. Once your information has been updated in Paylocity, it will synchronize with ALD-U in the next data cycle.
