Users may contact us asking for clarification on an ILT location. There has been a slight adjustment to how ILT sessions are built. In many cases, ILT sessions are now added with “To Be Determined” or “ALD” in the location field. This may cause confusion for some staff.

Some locations for In-Person training sessions are not yet determined. The Learning and Development team will assign locations approximately three months before the training occurs. You are welcome to register for these trainings in the meantime.

Once locations are reserved, you will receive an automated email and updated calendar hold notifying you of the location change for trainings in which you are registered. As needed, you can delete outdated Outlook placeholders as updates are sent to you.
