WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW? There is a completion issue with this training caused by the prework not saving as completed. The prework that is included with the course is an older version, and even though users can click through the launch page to access the current prework, it does not save to this training on their transcript. |
HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST? PreWork is listed in its own section on the training details page. From here, click the Details option to the right of the prework in question. Once you're on the information page for the specific prework, you'll be able to mark it completed. |
