WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW?

Users may come to us confused about duplicate/multiple instances of the same course listed in their active courses.


HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST?


 As we can’t necessarily delete the duplicates, we need to check to be certain they have at least one completed instance of the training

If they do not have a completion, assist them in finding:

  • A current session that can be completed, or
  • A future session to attend and complete, if it is a live training.
