Some employees are archiving training when having completion issues and then confused when the course doesn't show on their transcript.

           

HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST?

We need to be sure to check their archived courses as well as active/completions and walk them through restoring the course from archived status if needed. Then, offer to troubleshoot the course with them.
