When a request is made to remove older/withdrawn courses from a user's active transcript, we can advise them on archiving the courses or take care of it for them.

Directions to archive the trainings themselves can be found in the  Moving Trainings From Active To Archived SR.

To clear the unwanted trainings from your transcript, they can be moved to Archived status. Please let me know if you need directions for this, or if you've had trouble with it. I would be happy to take care of it for you if needed.

Kindly note that you will need to enroll in the current version of courses if you are required to complete them and haven't yet. It will not happen automatically if the course is moved from your active trainings.
