Employees in the position of Library Specialist (LS) are assigned observation checklists that are populated with on-the-job training tasks. LS staff work 1:1 with Senior Library Specialists (Sr. LS) to make progress through these tasks. LS staff cannot modify their own checklists, this must be done by Sr LS, Asst. Sup., and Sup. staff. Occasionally, a staff member may reach out with a question about their checklist. This information may be helpful.
Kindly note that Library Specialists are not able to modify their own checklists. For assistance with this, please reach out to your Senior Library Specialist. Your assistant Supervisor or Supervisor will also be able to help if needed.
