Supervisors, Managers, and Directors have read-only permissions for viewing Dashboards that are created for them. Data displayed on dashboards includes their direct and indirect reports. 

Dashboards are set to refresh daily at 7 AM, but a refresh can be forced by clicking Options > Refresh. 

Data driving the visualizations can be viewed in the individual widget panes by clicking the down arrow on the pane and selecting 'View More'.
