Training taken outside the system cannot be added to the transcript, but a request can be made to add the completion or certificate to the employee's electronic file.

Unfortunately, external training cannot be added to your transcript, but you can email your certificate to hrpayroll@ald.lib.co.us and request to have the completion added to your employee file.
