 Instructions to clear Cache. Updated instructions based on changes in Edge 120.


 

Standard Response:


To clear Cache in Microsoft Edge, kindly follow the instructions below:

1. In the top-right corner of the browser window, click the 'Settings and more' button -- 3 horizontal dots (•••) -- located in the upper right corner of your browser.
2. Select 'History' from the menu. 


3. A new menu will open (titled 'History'). 
4. Select the 'Trash' icon. 


5. A small window will appear. From this window, select 'All Time' for Time Range and select 'Cached images and files'.
6. Click 'Clear now' to clear your cache.


6a. If there is no Trash icon, please select the 3 dots after clicking on History and select 'Open history page'.


6b. Select 'Clear browsing data'.


6c. A small window will appear. From this window, select 'All Time' for Time Range and select 'Cached images and files'.
6d. Click 'Clear now' to clear your cache.


7. Close the settings tab. 

8. Refresh your course window or Learning Center home page.
