To disable Pop-Up Blockers on Safari, do the following:

1. Open the 'Settings' app on your device.

2. Locate 'Safari by scrolling down your list of apps or using the search bar.

3. Scroll down to 'Block Pop-ups' and turn it off by toggling the button to the left; it will turn from green to grey.
